The Boring Workshops

Annual Ballot Rules

Draft, pending legal review. Effective Date: December 2026

1. Organiser

The ballot is organised by Bored Peach Club Ltd., Malta (“the Organiser”), trading as Boring Workshops. Contact: hello@boringworkshops.com.

2. Who can enter

Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or over who holds an active Boring Membership on the draw date, including members whose membership was a gift. Employees, tutors under contract and the immediate family of the Organiser's team cannot enter.

3. How to enter

Each eligible member receives one entry automatically. There is nothing extra to buy and no other way to get more entries. Membership is not purchased for the ballot; the ballot is a free extra.

4. The draw

One draw is held each year. The date is announced to members in the Boring Hub at least 30 days in advance. The winner is picked at random from all eligible entries, under the supervision of a person independent of the Organiser where required by law.

5. The prize

One stay of seven nights at the Bored Peach Club House in Gozo, Malta, for the winner and up to one guest, on dates agreed with the Organiser within 12 months of the draw and subject to availability. Travel, transfers, meals, insurance and personal spending are not included unless the Organiser says otherwise. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. The Organiser may replace it with a stay of equal or greater value if the house is unavailable for reasons outside its control.

6. Winner notification

The winner is contacted by email within 7 days of the draw and must reply within 14 days to accept. If they do not reply or are not eligible, a new winner is drawn.

7. Taxes and costs

Any taxes or costs arising from the prize that are not listed as included are the winner's responsibility.

8. Publicity

With the winner's consent, the Organiser may share their first name and city. The winner is not required to take part in any promotion.

9. Personal data

Entry data is used only to run the ballot, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and cancellation

The ballot is run subject to any regulatory authorisation required in Malta. The Organiser may change, suspend or cancel the ballot if required by law or by circumstances beyond its control, and will tell members if it does.

11. Law

These rules are governed by Maltese law. See also our Terms & Conditions.
