Withdraw from a purchase

You can withdraw from a workshop booking, a Boring Membership, a gift voucher or a gifted membership within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.

Workshop bookings can be withdrawn from as long as the workshop hasn't taken place yet.

If your membership has already started, we refund the fee minus a proportionate amount for the time and benefits already used. Gift vouchers and gifted memberships can only be withdrawn from if they have not yet been redeemed. Full details are in section 1.5 of our terms.
